Remove and replace sand filter sand.  Includes removing sand from customers property.

Sand filters typically require the sand to be replaced, on average, every five years.  Pool filter sand is a specialty sand and is the only sand that can be used in a sand filter.  Fresh sand starts out with jagged edges that, over time, wear down and become smooth.  Once the sand gets past the 5 year mark, the sand can no longer filter the fine particles, resulting in a cloudy pool or difficulty controlling algae blooms.  Algae is very fine and old sand can not filter out the fine particles, leading to green pools.
