shipping and returns policy

Arizona Pool Stuff offer 3 different levels of shipping.

Parts that are designated as "Free Shipping" means that product will ship free economy shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Arizona Pool Stuff does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Boxes.

Certain products for sale on Arizona Pool Stuff website require the purchaser to pay for shipping.  Shipping cost will be based on size and weight of the package and zip code being shipped to.

• All orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
• Tracking numbers will be provided once shipping label is created.
• Incorrect customer address or errors in the delivery address may delay shipping.
• Free shipping will use lowest cost economy shipping.  These items may take up to 7 days for delivery.
• Any orders over $400 USD will require a signature at delivery.
• All pumps and filters will require signature at delivery.

All products for sale on Arizona Pool Stuff's website are available for in-person pickup.

Some products (ie. certain chemicals) are unable to be shipped, and are in-person pick up only.

International shipping is currently unavailable at this time.  Check back later for updates.

Arizona pool stuff will accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return

• Contact us directly via email to get a return authorization.

Return Guidelines

• Items must be returned in new / unused condition and in original packaging and must include all manuals or documentation.
• Purchaser is required to pay for return shipping costs.
• Items returned without original packaging or missing items, will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
• Items shipped back to us without return authorization maybe subject to a delay in getting refunded.
